RETURNS / REFUND POLICY

If you regret your purchase from our webshop, please send the product to Jaocb Bek without any unnecessary delay and no later than 14 days after notifying us about your cancellation. The deadline will be considered met if you return the product within 14 days.

You are responsible for covering the delivery expenses associated with the return of the product.

We do not impose any administration or inspection fees for returns; however, please note that we do not cover the costs associated with shipping.

Please note that the transit box is part of the purchase and returns are only accepted with the furniture repacked in the original packaging and transit box.

To return an item, please contact our customer service to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Once you have received an RMA number, securely place the item in its original packaging and mail it back to us.

RETURN PROCESS​

If you cancel your order, we will refund all payments received from you.

We do not impose any administration or inspection fees for returns; however, please note that we do not cover the costs associated with shipping or importation duties for orders outside the EU.

Please note that the transit box is part of the purchase and returns are only accepted with the products repacked in the original packaging and transit box.

We will process the refund without any unnecessary delay and no later than 14 days from the day you notified us about the cancellation.

However, we reserve the right to withhold the refund until we have received the returned products.

The refund will be credited back to the credit card (or method of payment) used for the original order, unless you have explicitly agreed otherwise.

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange.

Please allow at least 14 days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

Testing Product and Packaging

You are personally responsible for any potential decrease in the value of the product caused by unnecessary handling to determine its type, features, and functionality.

You are allowed to examine the product in the same manner as you would in a physical store, but you are not permitted to start using the product.

If you have used the product in a manner that is not possible or allowed in a store, resulting in the product being unsellable or sellable at a reduced price, we reserve the right to deduct the diminished value from your refund in part or total.

Please note that we will not issue a refund if the product no longer holds any commercial value.

The product must be returned in its original packaging, as the packaging is an integral part of the product.

Please ensure that the product is securely packaged when you return it.

The responsibility for the product lies with you until we receive the returned item.

Remember to retain the delivery receipt and any available tracking number for reference.

Complaints

If you have purchased a product that is damaged, such as faulty material or a manufacturing fault, the Spanish Sale of Goods Act applies.

You can file a complaint within 24 months from the date you received the product by contacting us via email at admin@jacobbek.com.

Please provide a detailed description of the claim.

Conditions

We reserve the right to make certain reservations regarding incorrect prices, typographical errors, sold-out products, and force majeure events, including delivery failures from our suppliers.

While we have made every effort to accurately indicate colors and quality, please note that your computer’s display settings and screen resolution may differ from ours.

We cannot guarantee that your computer will accurately reproduce the colors.

If you are unsure about the color or quality, we recommend ordering a free material sample.

Disputes

If you wish to file a complaint regarding your purchase from Jacob Bek’s webshop.

Complaints should be filed in Spanish to the Agencia Española de Consumo, Seguridad Alimentaria y Nutrición (AECOSAN).

For private consumers residing in another EU country.

The European Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution website is relevant.

File your complaint at http://ec.europa.eu/odr.

When submitting a complaint, please provide the following email address: admin@jacobbek.com.

Any disputes arising between a customer and Jacob Bek will be resolved in accordance with the laws of Spain.
