We offer Standard Delivery. You will be contacted once the order is ready to ship.
Please allow 1-3 weeks for your order to be delivered.
It is your responsibility that the order can be received. It is important to have 2 people available on the day of the delivery to receive the products. We offer Standard Delivery to curbside.
Return
The transit box is included with your purchase, and we only accept returns if the products are repackaged in the original packaging and transit box.
Our goal is for you to be satisfied with your new purchase. If you need to make a return, please contact our sales support. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
Unpacking
To avoid damage during the unpacking process, please ensure that the items are placed on a clean, soft surface. We advise our customers to have two people assist with the unpacking of large products.
Additionally, we kindly ask our customers to refrain from using sharp objects or tools while unwrapping to prevent any accidental damage.
