All Orders are shipped from Spain. Shipping days are working days, calculated from the day of dispatch. Shipping in Europe is between 2-7 days.
Items in stock will be shipped within 2 working days.
Items on pre-order will be shipped by the date stated on the product page. Orders with multiple pre-order dates will ship on the latest date.
Orders with custom upholstery and finishes will be shipped after manufacture.
Items in stock will be shipped within 2 working days from our facility in Spain. Delivery is expected within 7 days. Import duties are prepaid, and all necessary documents are completed by us. Customs clearance is usually very efficient, although during busy periods, there can be some delays. Unfortunately, these delays are beyond our control.
We offer free Standard Delivery and strive to dispatch all orders on the same day. Please allow up to 7 working days for your order to be delivered. Our standard free delivery service extends to the entrance of your building.
You will receive shipping tracking details once your order is dispatched. Dispatch occurs when we ship the item to our clients.

They are sent DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid).
