Returns

The transit box is included with your purchase. We only accept returns if the products are repackaged in the original packaging and transit box. Our goal is for you to be satisfied with your new purchase. If you need to make a return, please visit our returns page. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

Unpacking

To avoid damage during the unpacking process, please ensure that the items are placed on a clean, soft surface. We advise our customers to have two people assist with the unpacking of large products. Additionally, we kindly ask our customers to refrain from using sharp objects or tools while unwrapping to prevent any accidental damage.
