Jacob Bek provides a regulatory 2-year warranty for standard products against defects in materials and workmanship. In addition, we offer an extended warranty of 8 years, bringing the total warranty period to 10 years. This extended warranty provides coverage beyond the initial 2-year standard warranty. However, please note that ordinary wear and tear, as well as damage, are not covered. The warranty will become void if any subsequent changes are made to the product.

Please note: Product defects will be addressed through repair or replacement of parts, at the exclusive discretion of Jacob Bek. A purchase invoice is mandatory when filing a claim under the warranty.

How to activate the extended warranty: To activate your extended warranty, you must register the order ID number within three (3) months from the date of purchase.
